EVALUATIONS

We offer two distinct evaluations to get a quantitative understanding of your baseline capabilities. From these evaluations our dedicated team of trainers will build a personalized plan to elevate your performance based on your personal needs. 

SPORTS PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

  1. Aerobic capacity tests, such as the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test

  2. Anaerobic power tests, including the Wingate Anaerobic Test, and RAST

  3. Agility and speed tests, such as the T-test and 5-0-5 Agility Test

  4. Lower body strength and power tests, including the Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull and

    Counter Movement Jump

  5. Core endurance tests, such as the Plank Test and McGill's Torso Muscular Endurance

    Test Battery

  6. Neuromuscular performance tests, including balance, stability, and reaction time

    assessments.

  7. Cognitive Assessments (MORE BELOW) – Reaction, dual processing, memory and more

COGNITIVE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

The Performance Cognition baseline testing consists of four tests, with warm-ups before each to introduce the task:

  • Motor Speed

  • Processing

  • Motor Precision

  • Dual Processing

    • Followed by two “loaded” versions of the Dual Processing test. These are conducted without warm-up:

  • Dual Processing – Audio Load

  • Dual Processing – Video Load

For each of the tasks conducted in the baseline assessment, metrics collected will be:

​

  • Reaction Time [ms]

  • Accuracy [%]

  • Precision [correct/total] 

  • Score
